A-Sonic Aerospace (SG:BTJ) has released an update.
A-Sonic Aerospace Limited has announced a business restructuring that sees its subsidiary, A-Sonic Logistics, reducing its stake in A-Sonic Logistics (Netherlands) B.V. from 100% to 51%. The restructuring involves the sale of A-Sonic Netherlands to another of its subsidiaries, A-Sonic Logistics (UK) Limited, with the aim of enhancing business growth within the European Union. This internal shift, valued at EUR 260,000 based on net tangible assets, is recommended by the Board as beneficial for the company and its stakeholders.
