Bringing over 14 years of experience from 3M Company, where he led the Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division, Shafer is set to join the leadership team. Meanwhile, Kevin J. Wheeler will maintain his roles as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at A. O. Smith.
