A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.06 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The dividend will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.098233, equivalent to HKD 0.065894 per share, on July 12, 2024. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, while Mainland individual investors via Southbound Trading face a 20% tax rate.
