A.G. Barr PLC has announced that their Finance Director, Stuart Lorimer, has acquired 17,344 ordinary shares at no cost as part of the company’s employee benefit trust. This acquisition is associated with deferred bonus awards from April 2023 and April 2024, which are now being transferred to an individual nominee arrangement to be held for the remainder of the deferral periods. The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, was disclosed in compliance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
