9R Limited has announced that Mr. Wee Hock Kee will retire from his position as an Independent Director after the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2024. His departure also means he will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nominating Committee or as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. A formal announcement, as required by the Singapore Exchange rules, will follow after an exit interview.
