888 Holdings (GB:888) has released an update.
888 Holdings Plc successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM), with the majority of ordinary resolutions and two special resolutions passed by shareholders, although resolutions 16 and 17 were not approved. Following shareholder support, the company will rebrand as evoke plc and update its trading symbol to LSE:EVOK. The board is committed to addressing shareholder concerns over the failed resolutions and will report back within six months.
