79 Resources Ltd. has successfully completed its anticipated financing round, issuing 1 million units at $0.05 each, which includes a common share and a warrant allowing purchase of an additional share within 24 months. The financing, which involved participation from an insider director, has increased the company’s total issued and outstanding shares to 25,236,400. All units are subject to a four-month holding period and regulatory approvals.
