4Global Plc has issued a correction regarding its previous announcement, stating the accurate total number of voting rights is 1,418,744, which corresponds to a 5.39% holding, not the 5.58% previously reported. This adjustment follows an acquisition or disposal of voting rights by Scobie Dickinson Ward, resulting in a change from the prior notification which indicated a 4.42% stake.
