4GLOBAL PLC, a UK-based company specializing in sports data and physical activity promotion, has announced the granting of share options to its newly appointed independent non-executive director, Eric Haller. Haller will receive 52,083 ordinary shares as part of his annual remuneration package, exercisable at 1 pence each and vesting monthly. Additionally, Haller has been granted options over 300,000 shares in three separate tranches with varied exercise prices.
