3SBio Inc. has announced its annual general meeting to be held on June 25, 2024, where shareholders will review the audited financial statements, re-elect directors, and discuss director remuneration. Additionally, the meeting will cover the declaration of a HK$0.25 final dividend per share and the re-appointment of Ernst & Young as auditors. The assembly will also consider approving the board’s authority to issue additional shares and convertible securities.
