3i Infrastructure PLC has announced the appointment of Milton Fernandes as a non-executive Director, a veteran with over 20 years in the infrastructure investment field. Fernandes brings a wealth of experience from previous high-level roles, including CFO positions at Infracapital and Innisfree Limited. The company’s chairman, Richard Laing, expressed enthusiasm for the skills and expertise Milton will contribute to the Board.
