3i Group plc (GB:III) has released an update.
On June 3, 2024, 3i Group PLC awarded several directors and key management personnel with share and cash settled awards under different bonus and share plans, with the number of shares awarded varying among individuals. The awards are part of the company’s deferred and discretionary incentive plans, aimed to align the interests of key employees with those of shareholders, and are subject to performance conditions. All transactions, which took place in London, were reported by the recipients on the same day and no consideration was paid for the grant of these awards.
