On June 28, 2024, 3i Group PLC announced the grant of Performance Share Awards to key directors under the 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan 2020, with no consideration for the grant. The awards, subject to a performance condition, were allocated to Directors SA Borrows, James Hatchley, and Jasi Halai, with a total number of shares amounting to 180,289. The transactions, which reflect changes in the directors’ interests, took place in London.
