Jake H. Kalpakian, President & CEO of 37 Capital Inc., has certified the accuracy and completeness of the company’s annual financial statements and disclosures for the year ended December 31, 2023. The certification asserts that all material facts are accurately represented and the financials fairly present the company’s financial condition and performance. However, it does not extend to the establishment of controls and procedures for financial reporting as required for non-venture issuers.
