37 Capital Inc. has completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $52,000 by issuing 520,000 units at $0.10 per unit. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant to buy an additional share at $0.15 over three years. The proceeds will be used for general working capital.
