360 Capital REIT Director’s Stake Increases

360 Capital REIT (AU:TOT) has released an update.

360 Capital REIT has issued a notice indicating a change in Director Tony Robert Pitt’s interest in the company, where he acquired additional securities through TT Investments and 360 Capital Property Limited. The transactions, part of the March 2024 Quarter Distribution Reinvestment Plan, resulted in Pitt’s total holdings increasing to 85,376,469 ordinary units, with no disposals reported and all trades conducted outside of closed periods.
