360 Capital REIT Director Increases Stake

360 Capital REIT (AU:TOT) has released an update.

360 Capital REIT has announced a change in director Andrew Moffat’s interest due to the acquisition of 22,361 additional fully paid ordinary securities. These securities were issued under the June 2024 Quarter Distribution Reinvestment Plan, raising Moffat’s total holdings to 1,097,751 units at $0.3607 per stapled security. The transaction did not occur during a closed period that requires prior written clearance.
