360 Capital REIT Declares Quarterly Dividend

360 Capital REIT (AU:TOT) has released an update.

360 Capital REIT has announced a new quarterly dividend distribution of AUD 0.0075 per Stapled Security, payable on July 26, 2024. Shareholders must be on record by June 28 to be eligible for the dividend, with an ex-dividend date set for June 27. This distribution is solely from 360 Capital Active REIT, with no contribution from 360 Capital Passive REIT.
