29Metals Limited has reported that Fiona Robertson AM, a director of the company, increased her direct shareholding by 25,555 ordinary fully paid shares at $0.3913 per share, following the Non-executive Director Salary Sacrifice Share Plan approved by shareholders. This acquisition brings her total direct interest to 141,934 shares, with no change to her indirect shareholding of 36,364 shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
