The executive officers of 1st Source Corporation plan to use the attached investor presentation in discussions with investors and analysts. Although included as an exhibit, the corporation clarifies that neither the presentation nor the related disclosures should be considered “filed” under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or integrated into filings under the Securities Act of 1933. An Interactive Data File is also provided but is not deemed “filed” for regulatory purposes.
