1st Source Corporation has elevated Andrea G. Short to President, adding to her roles within its subsidiary, 1st Source Bank. With a tenure as Executive Vice President since 2014, Short’s promotion comes without changes to her existing employment agreement. Meanwhile, Christopher J. Murphy III continues as both Chairman and CEO. Notably, Short holds no familial ties to the company’s board or executive officers and maintains standard banking relationships with the subsidiary.
