1933 Industries Inc. has announced the acquisition of a 9% interest in its cultivation and production subsidiary, Alternative Medicine Association LC, from its Executive VP and General Counsel, Caleb Zobrist. The purchase will be made through the issuance of approximately 3.375 million common shares valued at USD$50,000, with the transaction subject to regulatory approvals. This move will consolidate FN Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of 1933 Industries, as the sole owner of AMA, enhancing the company’s cannabis cultivation and production capabilities in Nevada.
