1911 Gold Corp has announced Gary O’Connor’s appointment as the Executive Chair of its Board of Directors, succeeding Mike Hoffman who remains a Director. O’Connor brings over 40 years of mineral exploration and development expertise and aims to focus on maximizing the potential of the Company’s significant gold assets, including the True North gold resources and Rice Lake greenstone belt. The Company has also issued stock options and deferred share units as part of its compensation plan.
