1844 Resources Inc (TSE:EFF) has released an update.

1844 Resources Inc. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising approximately $456,500 through the issuance of flow-through units. The company plans to use the proceeds for resource exploration expenses in Canada. Additionally, 1844 Resources intends to increase another private placement to $700,000, pending exchange approval.
