10x Genomics has appointed Sarah A. Teichmann, a distinguished academic and research leader, to its Board of Directors. With a background that includes Chair in Stem Cell Medicine at the University of Cambridge and co-chair of the Human Cell Atlas initiative, Dr. Teichmann brings a wealth of experience in both scientific research and governance to the role, and her tenure as a director is set to extend until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. Her expertise, particularly in translational research, is expected to provide valuable insights to the burgeoning biotech company.
