10x Capital Risks NYSE Delisting Over Shareholder Shortfall

10x Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III Class A (VCXB) has released an update to notify the public and investors about listing compliance status.

10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III has been notified by NYSE Regulation of non-compliance with the NYSE American LLC Company Guide due to having fewer than 300 public shareholders. The company must submit a compliance plan by February 28, 2024, and if accepted, will be monitored quarterly to regain compliance by January 14, 2025. Failure to have the plan accepted may lead to suspension and delisting, although the current listing status remains unaffected provided other listing requirements are met.
