Levi & Korsinsky informs shareholders that a settlement has been reached in the pending class action lawsuit against James River Group Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ:JRVR). The settlement provides for a fund of $30,000,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired James River common stock during the period from February 22, 2019 through October 25, 2021, inclusive, and who were damaged thereby.
