Avant Technologies (AVAI) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
Avant Technologies, Inc. entered into an Employment Agreement with Jared Pelski on January 17, 2024, appointing him as Vice President – Business Development. Pelski has no familial ties to any company director or executive officer and does not own more than 5% of the company’s common stock. He will carry out his VP duties independently from the board.
