Neil worked as chief market analyst at broker Finalto and its retail trading arm Markets.com for more than 6 years. Prior to that he was the senior market analyst at London-based broker ETX Capital. For many years he wrote 'The Trader' daily market commentary for Investors' Chronicle, as well as more generally contributing to the magazone and its Alpha premium service. He has also contributed articles for CityAM and the London Evening Standard. His analysis has been regularly quoted by financial media and he has made hundreds of TV appearances on the BBC, Sky News, CNBC, and others. He was for a year the host of the macro & markets podcast Overleveraged.
