On January 19, 2024, Astra Space, Inc. amended its previous Securities Purchase Agreement, originally dated August 4, 2023, to extend the deadline for any subsequent closings and to update the list of buyers to include additional investors. This amendment follows a series of past amendments and adjustments and is fully detailed in the document referenced as Exhibit 10.1.
