AngioDynamics (ANGO) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Dennis Meteny announced his retirement and resignation from AngioDynamics, Inc.’s Board of Directors and from his roles in the Compensation and Audit Committees, effective January 31, 2024. Having served since 2004, his departure is not due to any operational, policy, or practice disagreements with the company. The Board will not seek a replacement, thereby decreasing its members to eight.
