Akerna Corp. reconvened its 2023 annual meeting on January 18, 2024, but the 2,550,206 shares represented in person or by proxy were insufficient for a quorum as per the Company’s bylaws. Consequently, the chairperson moved to dismiss the meeting due to the lack of quorum, and the majority of the present stockholders agreed.
