Air Products Shareholders Approve Directors and Auditors

Air Products and Chemicals (APD) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders with 86.81% of common stock represented, achieving a quorum. All director nominees were elected to serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting. Shareholders approved the executive officer compensation on an advisory basis and ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditors for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
