The company announced a plan for share consolidation through a one-for-40 reverse stock split of its common stock. The step also aims to boost its per share trading price and streamline the capital structure. HOLO stock could have declined in reaction to this news.

NaaS Technology (NAAS) – China-based NaaS Technology is one of the mainland’s largest and fastest-growing electric vehicle (EV) charging service providers. NAAS had a Dollar Volume of $137.78 million on February 24, accompanied by a stock price decline of 15.3%.

NAAS’ stock price decline seems to be a reversal from Friday’s price surge. On February 21, Naas Technology announced that its board of directors approved a share repurchase program, effective immediately. The company plans to buy back up to $10 million worth of ADSs (American Depositary Shares) through the end of February 2026. Investors reacted positively to this news, pushing its shares up by 17.3%.

Nuburu (BURU) – Nuburu uses its industrial blue laser technology to accelerate and improve the process of metal machining and metal processing. BURU stock had a Dollar Volume of $112.85 million yesterday, while its stock price dropped by 26.4%.

Nuburu’s stock price decline also seems like a reversal from Friday’s surge. Nuburu announced a strategic acquisition plan aimed at fortifying its position in the defense sector and opening new avenues in the security sector. Accordingly, the company has entered into a commitment letter with a private equity investment group to facilitate the acquisitions in a phased manner. The news pushed BURU stock up 44% on February 21.
