Shares advanced after the company announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted the filing of its New Drug Application (NDA) for TNX-102 SL, a 5.6 mg, non-opioid, centrally-acting analgesic, for the management of fibromyalgia.

Syntec Optics Holdings (OPTX) – Syntec Optics offers custom optical solutions for biomedical, defense, consumer, and communication end markets. OPTX’s Dollar Volume stood at $329 million on December 18, while its stock price plunged over 28%. There was no company-specific news.
