Junee Limited opens at $4, IPO priced at $4 per share

Junee Limited, a provider of interior design, fit-out and maintenance services in Hong Kong, priced its initial public offering of 2M ordinary shares at a price of $4.00 per share. The ordinary shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “JUNE“. Proceeds from the offering will be primarily for expanding service capacity, potential strategic investment and acquisitions and general working capital. Spartan Capital Securities is acting as sole book runner and lead underwriter for the offering.
