A new Boeing spacecraft is set to carry astronauts for the first time this week, Micah Madienberg of The Wall Street Journal reports. Starliner, the name of the spacecraft, is set to launch on Monday to the International Space Station and will return about a week after docking with the facility. Boeing has had many issues when making Starliner, struggling with the software, communications system, vales, and parachutes. The project has led to $1.4B in accounting losses for the company.
