Pinterest (PINS) just unveiled an update.
Jeffery Jordan is retiring from Pinterest’s board on May 9, 2024, without any disagreements with the company’s operations or policies. Filling his shoes, Charles “Chip” Bergh joins the board on the same date, bringing with him the status of an independent director under NYSE and Exchange Act rules. Bergh will serve on key committees and receive standard non-employee director compensation. His appointment comes with no underlying arrangements or material interests in company transactions.
