WPP PLC has announced that as of April 30, 2024, its issued share capital is composed of 1,141,513,196 ordinary shares, with 62,959,463 shares held in treasury, resulting in a total of 1,078,553,733 voting rights. Shareholders can use this total voting rights figure as a reference for reporting changes in their shareholding as required by the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
