Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 397,711 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 345.79 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company is now 516,047,708. The company reminds shareholders that this figure is the new denominator for calculating changes in shareholding interests.
