Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has announced the buyback of 993,671 of its ordinary shares on 24 September 2024, with prices ranging from 75.42 to 76.22 pence per share. This action is part of a share repurchase program initiated on 07 August 2024, with the acquired shares to be held in treasury. Post-purchase, Vodafone’s treasury holds over 2 billion shares, while the total shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, stands at approximately 26 billion.
