Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has executed a share buyback program on 22 July 2024, purchasing 1,186,484 of its own ordinary shares through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 70.08 to 71.00 pence per share, with the aim of holding these shares in treasury. Following the transaction, Vodafone’s treasury holds 1,624,522,972 ordinary shares, while the total number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) stands at 26,583,140,705.
