News Corporation Shs B Chess Depository Interests repr 1 Sh (AU:NWS) has released an update.
UniSuper has announced the withdrawal of its previous filings, including the Notice of Initial Substantial Holder and subsequent Change of Substantial Holder Notices for News Corporation. The filings, which began on 14 July 2022 and continued until 17 October 2023, were deemed unnecessary as UniSuper was not required to file these forms for its holdings in News Corporation. As of 23 September 2024, UniSuper has ceased to be a substantial holder in News Corporation.
