Telecom Argentina (TEO) has released an update.
Telecom Argentina S.A. has launched a cash tender offer to repurchase up to $100 million of its 8.500% Notes due in 2025, with a tiered pricing structure rewarding early participation by note holders. The company is simultaneously offering a new series of notes, with the intent to use the proceeds to fund the tender offer, pay related expenses, and for general corporate purposes, all contingent upon the successful completion of the new issuance.
