Technology Minerals Stakeholder Sells Shares

Technology Minerals PLC (GB:TM1) has released an update.

Technology Minerals PLC, a UK company leading the charge in creating a sustainable cycle for battery metals, recently disclosed the sale of 2,550,000 ordinary shares by Century Cobalt Limited (CCL), which is associated with Technology Minerals’ CEO, Alex Stanbury. Following the sale, CCL’s stake in the company has been reduced to 21.2%. This transaction was executed to fulfill CCL’s corporate expenditure needs and involved multiple transactions on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £0.002 per share.
