SPACETALK Limited (AU:SPA) has released an update.
SPACETALK LTD has announced the issue of 18,087,950 unquoted options expiring on September 22, 2025, at an exercise price of $0.035, effective from September 24, 2024. These options are part of a transaction previously disclosed in an Appendix 3B and will not be quoted on the ASX. The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s financial position without affecting its current stock valuation.
