Shell Advances Share Buy-Back Programme

Shell plc has announced the repurchase of its shares on 23 September 2024, as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme, with transactions occurring across multiple trading venues. The company bought a total of 900,000 shares at the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and 847,000 shares at Euronext Amsterdam (XAMS), with details provided on the highest, lowest, and volume-weighted average prices paid per share. These buy-backs were conducted within the parameters set by regulatory compliance with both EU and UK market abuse regulations.
