Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP has announced an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for September 27, 2024, to be conducted exclusively online. Shareholders are invited to participate digitally to elect board members and resolve on the eligibility of independent members of the Board of Directors, as well as the members of the Fiscal Council. Detailed instructions for online participation and the use of a Remote Voting Form have been provided, with all relevant materials available on the company’s investor relations site.
