Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has announced the buyback and cancellation of 1,687,766 of its own shares at an average price of GBP 6.4800, following shareholder authorization at the 2024 AGM. This transaction, conducted through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, will result in a new total of 2,706,003,667 shares in issue for the company.
