Norsk Renewables AS Proposes Delisting

Norsk Solar AS (DE:62L) has released an update.

Pick the best stocks and maximize your portfolio:

Norsk Renewables AS, majority-owned by Valinor AS, is proposing to delist from Euronext Growth Oslo due to difficulties in raising capital, low share liquidity, and the high costs associated with being a publicly-traded company. The management believes that going private will allow a stronger focus on long-term goals and attract strategic investors who currently view listing as a drawback. Shareholders’ rights and interests are to be protected through a proposed shareholder’s agreement post-delisting.
